So I've registered a domain, set up a VPS and created a website. This will be likely a project only useful for me as a learning project as I become better at creating and maintaining websites while learning some system administration skills.
I've enjoyed the process of creating this site so far and I hope I can make something I can publish here in the future.

Not everything is set up at the moment: I am still in the process of making the index page a bit longer and there are no error pages, except for 404 of course.

As a footnote: rsync is a blessing...
